Vitamin B3 MSE contains niacin in the form of nicotinamide, which does not cause the phenomenon of "flushing", i.e. facial reddening due to vasodilation.

Niacin contributes to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism and the reduction of feelings of tiredness and fatigue. It also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the maintenance of normal psychological functions. Niacin contributes to the maintenance of the normal condition of mucous membranes and the maintenance of healthy skin.

Recommended intake:

1 capsule daily with a meal, with water.
