DESCRIPTION

B-50 is one of the best preparations that provides the necessary vitamins of group B for the proper functioning of the body : B6, B12, biotin, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid as well as para-aminobenzoic acid, choline and inositol.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Take 1 capsule once daily with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Niacin intake in doses above 20 mg per day may cause skin reddening in sensitive individuals. Long-term intake of vitamin B6 in doses above 10 mg per day may cause mild tingling and numbness. This product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
