Vitamin B1 is thiamine. This vitamin is the first B vitamin to be discovered. Cases of vitamin deficiency are rare, but even a mild deficiency can have serious adverse health effects. This vitamin is a heterocyclic organic compound consisting of a thiazole ring and a pyrimidine ring connected by a methionine bridge. This vitamin is involved in the conversion of energy from food, primarily carbohydrates. It helps reduce numbness in the arms and legs, improves memory, and supports the normal function of the nervous system.

INGREDIENTS
Thiamin, rice flour, capsule shell: gelatin, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, bulking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

APPLICATION
