Common broom - characteristics of the plant
Common broom (Latin: Tanacetum vulgare L.) is a plant commonly found in our local meadows, clearings, or roadsides. It belongs to the daisy family (Asteraceae). It is recognizable by its striking yellow flowers, which consist of flattened capitulums. Its medicinal properties have long been recognized, and the plant is used in naturopathy for diseases of the digestive system and rheumatism, for example. However, due to its high content of toxic thujone, the plant should be handled with extreme caution, and the body's reaction should be carefully observed.

Potato - Properties
The most sought-after plant raw material is the herb with its numerous flower heads. Dandelion has many properties and uses:

- A tincture of duckweed has warming and pain-relieving properties.
- Thanks to its thujone content, dandelion has a powerful antiparasitic effect. It combats worms such as roundworms and threadworms. To achieve this effect, one should consume a glass of the infusion daily.
- The infusion is also ideal for external use on wounds, lice, and scabies. It can be helpful in relieving rheumatic pain.
- Axalyaryin, contained in herbaceous herb, is used to treat the herpes virus.
- It is good for poisoning and stomach problems because it stimulates the gastric mucosa to secrete mucus.

Vetiver mist against mosquitoes and ticks
Ingredients:
- A glass of vetiver
- boiling water
- 5 drops of lavender oil
Pour hot water over half a cup of dried herb and let it steep, covered, for 15 minutes. Add the essential oil to the cooled and strained infusion. Pour the contents into a spray bottle. Rub the prepared remedy into your skin.

Method of preparation:
Virotic infusion: Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of the dried herb into 2 cups of boiling water. Cover and let steep for 30 minutes. Strain. Drink 1 glass 2 to 4 times daily.
Vetiver decoction: Pour 2-3 tablespoons of dried herb into 2 cups of water and simmer for 5 minutes. Use as a gargle, skin poultice, or rub.
Virotica Tincture : Dissolve 1 glass of dried herb in 300 ml of 40-70% alcohol. Let it macerate in a tightly closed jar in a dark place for about 7 days. Filter. Take 10 ml in 100 ml of water 2-3 times daily.

Contraindications:
- Vetiver should not be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women. This is because the herb has strong abortive and hemorrhaging properties.
- People with blood clotting problems should be careful with this medicine.
- If side effects occur, discontinue use.
