INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Recommended portion for consumption at
Daytime: 1-2 teaspoons twice daily before meals. After 7 days
take 1 week break and use it again for 7 days. This cycle can
repeated every 2-3 months.

Shake well before use. Honey in the preparation may crystallize,
therefore the product can be heated in warm water.
