DESCRIPTION
Organic sour rye soup concentrate made from wholegrain buckwheat flour. Certified organic, suitable for vegans, and gluten-free. The concentrate consists only of gluten-free buckwheat flour, water, and salt – these ingredients are served in natural brine. Pasteurized product. Shake the bottle well before use. Add organic sour soup concentrate to 0.6 liters of boiling water or broth and bring to a boil. Season to taste.
