INGREDIENTS:

L-tryptophan, lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis) 10:1, ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) 10:1, Rhodiola rosea root extract standardized to contain at least 3% salidrosides and 1% rosavins, saffron seed extract (Crocus sativus) standardized to contain at least 2% crocin and 1% safranal. Capsule composition: vegetable cellulose (vegetarian).
