Indications / Properties:

For Beauty
Improves microcirculation, improves skin tone, brightens, moisturizes and strengthens the skin, acts antiseptic and disinfectant, prevents inflammatory and fungal skin lesions, promotes healing of acne lesions, reduces the formation of pimples, regulates sebaceous glands, normalizes sebum secretion, soothes, improves the condition and overall appearance of the skin.

For Health
Tea tree oil is recommended for flu, cold, fever, runny nose, asthma, sinusitis, rheumatism, ringworm.

Usage Instructions:

BATH - fill the bath with warm water and add the essential oils and mix thoroughly (6-12 drops of oil are used per bath).

MASSAGE - add selected essential oils to the base oil for massage. Pour about 50 ml of the base oil into a glass bowl or bottle, add 10-25 drops of essential oil and mix it.
Store the mixture in a tightly sealed dark glass bottle in a cool and dark place.
Shake the bottle before each use.
Usually 2-3 drops of essential oils are used per one teaspoon (5 ml) of base oil.

SPRAYING - fill a water container in an aroma diffuser with water and add 3 to 6 drops of essential oil.

SAUNA - add 5 drops of an essential oil to 1 liter of water.

USAGE NOTES FOR OILS
- do not use in the first months of pregnancy: Peppermint, Thyme
- do not use during pregnancy: Cedar, Myrrh, Cypress, Fennel, Juniper, Marjoram, Rosemary, Sage (acts antispasmodic).
- do not use with high blood pressure: Thyme
- do not use with epilepsy: Rosemary, Fennel
- do not use internally (do not drink)
- do not use oils on pregnant women and children.
- do not use on pregnant women and children. Protect your eyes from direct contact with the oil.
- do not use undiluted oils directly on the skin, except tea tree oil and lavender.
- do not use if you have a known allergy to the oil
- after citrus oils, avoid the sun and the light from UV lamps.
