Vera Nord Natural Fir Essential Oil 10 ml

For beauty: Improves microcirculation, strengthens blood vessels, acts as an antiseptic and disinfectant, improves skin condition, enhances the overall appearance of the skin, relaxes, refreshes, invigorates, acts as a deodorant, acts as a tonic, excellent skin care.

For health: Recommended for flu, cold, bronchitis, runny nose, asthma, sinusitis, cough, low blood pressure, psoriasis, scabies, facilitates breathing and cleanses the sinuses, regulates excessive sweating and stimulates poor circulation, eliminates fatigue and nervous exhaustion.

APPLICATION:
Bath - fill the bath with warm water and add essential oils (mix with a base oil beforehand). For a bath, use 6-12 drops of oil in one tablespoon (10 ml) of base oil.
Massage - selected essential oils are added to the base oil for the massage. Pour about 50 ml of the base oil into a glass bowl or bottle, add 10-25 drops of the essential oil and mix it. Store the mixture in a tightly sealed dark glass bottle in a cool and dark place. Shake the bottle before each use. Typically, 2-3 drops of essential oil are added to one teaspoon (5 ml) of base oil.
Spray - fill a water container in an aroma fireplace or diffuser with water and add 3 to 6 drops of essential oil.
Sauna - add 5 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of water.
