Orange oil is recommended for muscle tension and cramps, nervous tension, depression, anxiety, insomnia, spasms, neuroses, stress, cough, bronchitis, low blood pressure. It improves mood, has a calming and relaxing effect.

APPLICATION:
Bath - fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils (previously mixed with a carrier oil). For a bath, use 6-12 drops of essential oil mixed in one tablespoon (10 ml) of carrier oil.
Massage - add selected essential oils to the base oil for the massage. Pour about 50 ml of the base oil into a glass bowl or bottle, add 10-25 drops of the essential oil and mix it. Store the mixture in a tightly sealed dark glass bottle in a cool and dark place. Shake the bottle before each use. Typically, add 2-3 drops of essential oil to one teaspoon (5 ml) of base oil.
Spraying - fill a water container in a fragrance fireplace or diffuser with water and add 3 to 6 drops of essential oil.
Sauna - add 5 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of water.
