Vegetarian Lard with Mushrooms Primavika 160g

The plant-based version of lard is a culinary hit not only with vegans and vegetarians. The characteristic flavor we know from the past, but in a completely meat-free and therefore much healthier version – you've probably been missing something from your diet! That's why we decided to create our vegetarian lard. Now we're introducing you to the forest version, which has a slightly mushroomy flavor.
The basis for this spread is rapeseed oil, which contains many beneficial ingredients for the body. These include polyunsaturated fatty acids – omega-6 and omega-3 – in a favorable ratio recommended by nutritionists. These fatty acids have a positive effect on the functioning of the cardiovascular system and our eyesight, and also regulate fat metabolism in the body. The benefits of rapeseed oil don't end there, however; it also contains oleic acid, which helps lower cholesterol levels.
