Unroasted buckwheat is the most valuable of all buckwheat groats. Its value has long been recognized. Buckwheat grains are small and creamy. Unroasted buckwheat has a less intense, more delicate flavor than its roasted counterpart.

APPLICATION :
Rinse the grits and pour water over them (2 glasses of water per glass of grits). Place the pot over low heat and cook the grits for about 10-15 minutes. Remove the grits from the heat, cover, and place them in a warm place to absorb the remaining water.
