INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Three capsules at once before bedtime or one (1) capsule 3 times daily before meals.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

If you are taking medications for depression (e.g., antidepressants, MAOIs, and SSRIs), consult your doctor before taking this product. Using L-tryptophan with antidepressants may increase your risk of serotonin syndrome, characterized by symptoms such as confusion, sweating, agitation, nausea, involuntary muscle contractions, and increased heart rate. Do not use L-tryptophan before driving a motor vehicle or operating heavy machinery.
Pregnant or breastfeeding women, people who are ill or taking medication should consult a doctor before taking this product.
