AUROSPIRUL TRIPHALA 100G POWDER

Triphala is an Ayurvedic blend of three fruits:

• Amla (Emblica Officinalis),
  
• Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica),
  
• Haritaki (Terminalia Chebula).

Amla (Indian gooseberry) – mainly affects the lungs, stomach, liver and heart.
Sour taste.
In Ayurveda, amla is associated with Pitta energy and the element of fire. Amla is a rich source of antioxidants, flavonoids, and carotenes. It is one of the richest sources of vitamin C and has 30 times more vitamin C than
Citrus fruits.

Haritaki (Harada) - has six flavors, predominantly bitter, associated with Vatta energy and the element of air. The fruit is a rich source of tannins, amino acids, and fructose. It also contains succinic acid and sitosterol. Studies have shown its diastolic effect, lowering hypertension and arterial blood pressure and reducing painful intestinal spasms. This is confirmed by its traditional use in cardiovascular diseases and spastic disorders of the large and small intestines.

Bibhitaki (Beheda) - is sweet, bitter, astringent and
Warming. It primarily affects the lungs, heart, and liver. It contains 35% oils and 45% proteins. Linoleic oil is the main fatty acid, which is associated with an increase in HDL ("good" cholesterol) and a decrease in LDL, which is considered a risk factor for the development of coronary heart disease.
