SURFACE APPEARANCE: Luxury Krakus cans for tourists, code 4112, made from cured pork with the addition of phosphates and spices. A block with a smooth and even surface, surrounded by jelly; a small amount of rendered fat is acceptable. The color of the rendered fat is a white, straw-colored jelly with acceptable turbidity.
APPEARANCE IN CROSS-SECTION: Medium and finely ground ingredients are clearly visible in cross-section. The flesh color is pink to dark pink, and the binding mass is pinkish-beige.
CONSISTENCY: Block quite solid, gel-like solid at +15°C, semi-liquid at +18°C.
TASTE AND ODOR PROFILE: Suitable for canned foods sterilized with cured pork. The flavor is mild, not too salty.
