APPLICATION
Remove the cake from the refrigerator 10 minutes before use. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (fan oven) or 190 degrees Celsius (top and bottom oven). Roll out the dough on baking paper, then line the bottom and sides of the pan with the dough. Remove any excess dough. Prick the bottom of the dough with a fork and place the previously prepared filling on top. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for approximately 35-45 minutes until golden brown. Baking time and temperature may vary slightly depending on the oven type and filling.
