Pot with lid Darque Zwieger 18cm

The DARQUE series is an innovative line of hot-pressed aluminum cookware. The interior of the pans is coated with a Swiss 3-layer ULTIMATE non-stick coating from ILAG, while the exterior is finished with heat-resistant silicone varnish, ensuring the products retain their original appearance for a very long time. The lower induction glass increases energy efficiency by approximately 40% compared to Lotus induction cookware. The lid attached to the pans is made of tempered glass, with a stainless steel rim. This ensures the lid adheres perfectly to the pan and, combined with the hole for venting excess steam, ensures optimal use. All products in this series feature riveted cast steel handles. This solution allows for intensive use and prevents the handle from falling off under overload. Thanks to the materials used, the cookware has a uniform body similar to cast iron cookware, but is significantly lighter and therefore more comfortable to handle.
All this makes DARQUE products "all in one" – we can fry in one pot, pan fry, braise, cook in the oven, and bake in the other. All products in the DARQUE series are dishwasher-safe, but due to the durability of the coating and the non-stick properties, this is not recommended.
