Use immediately after removing from the individual packet. Do not use on areas with skin impurities, pimples, inflammations, sunburn, or excessively dry skin. If the strip sticks too firmly to the skin or can only be removed with pain, moisten the strip thoroughly and remove it gently.

APPLICATION: Wash your face thoroughly with soap and make sure it is free of creams, lotions, or makeup. Moisten your nose thoroughly. The strip will not stick on a dry nose. Dry your hands and remove the strip from the plastic sleeve. Place the strip with the smooth side down on the moistened nose area and press it down to make good contact with the skin. Let the strip dry for about 10-15 minutes. The strip should stiffen as it dries. Once the strip is dry, slowly and carefully peel it off, starting at the edges and pulling towards the center.
