DESCRIPTION:

Selenium is an important trace element, and because it's an "essential" mineral, the body can't produce it itself. It must therefore be obtained through food or supplementation. Low selenium levels can adversely affect the heart, joints, eyes, and the immune, hormonal, and reproductive systems.

INGREDIENTS:

L-selenomethionine, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule).

APPLICATION:

One (1) capsule daily with plenty of water.
