DESCRIPTION:

Lysine is an essential amino acid that the body cannot produce itself, meaning it must be obtained through food or supplements. The main dietary sources of lysine are meat, poultry, fish, dairy products, tofu, lentils, and beans. However, since many people do not consume enough lysine through their diet, supplementing with this essential amino acid is advisable.

INGREDIENTS:

L-lysine hydrochloride, coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule); anti-caking agent: calcium laurate; L-leucine, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide

APPLICATION:

One (1) capsule daily with plenty of water.
