DESCRIPTION:

The amino acid glycine plays a key role in maintaining a healthy central nervous system (CNS).* It is considered one of the most important inhibitory neurotransmitters in the central nervous system, particularly in the brainstem and spinal cord.

INGREDIENTS:

Glycine, coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Two (2) capsules 1 to 3 times daily with water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Discontinue use immediately if you experience an adverse reaction to the product. Consult your physician before taking this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under the influence of illness, or taking medication.
