INGREDIENTS

DESCRIPTION
Dietary supplements. Lemon balm promotes optimal relaxation, aids relaxation, promotes healthy sleep, and supports circulation. Mint helps with relaxation. Oats contribute to better sleep.
PREPARATION
Place the product sachet in a 250 ml glass or ceramic mug and pour boiling water over it. Cover and set aside for 10-15 minutes. Drink after cooling.
SUBSCRIPTION
1 cup of infusion from 1 tea bag once daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
