Plantain leaf - 30%, caraway fruit - 25%, chamomile basket - 20%, rosehip - 15%, mint leaf - 5%, licorice root - 5%.

Contains licorice - patients with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption.

Application:
The tea is a perfectly selected blend of herbs. Plantain stimulates the development of beneficial intestinal flora. Caraway, chamomile, rosehip, mint, and licorice support digestion and contribute to the normal functioning of the digestive tract. Caraway helps with abdominal cramps. Chamomile and mint help with gastrointestinal discomfort, indigestion, mild cramps, and flatulence. Licorice contributes to maintaining balance and well-being of the digestive system in people with sensitive digestion and to maintaining the normal function of the gastric and small intestinal mucosa.

Instructions for use:
Cover 1 tea bag with boiling water (200 ml) and let it steep for 15 minutes. It is recommended to brew the infusion once daily.

Store in a dry place, out of reach of small children.
