Adults: 1.5 scoops (approx. 3 g)
A measuring spoon (2 g) is included in the package.

The powder can be added to a cold drink or yogurt.
Do not add the powder to hot beverages, as the colostrum and lactic acid bacteria contained in the product lose their properties when exposed to heat.

The duration of taking the IMMUNIO Complex dietary supplement for adults is 3 months. Afterwards, a 2-month break is recommended. After this period, the IMMUNIO Complex supplement for adults can be used again.
