Each capsule of the product contains 500 mg of DHA acid. This oil is extracted from marine squid. DHA, or docosahexaenoic acid, belongs to the group of polyunsaturated, exogenous fatty acids of the omega-3 type. The sources of this acid are primarily algae and algae-eating marine animals, especially fish. This acid is the most important of the group of omega-3 fatty acids, but it is difficult to maintain the appropriate levels in the body, so it is worthwhile to support yourself with an appropriate supplement.

INGREDIENTS
Marine squid oil, humectant: glycerin, purified (deionized) water, natural lemon flavor, antioxidant blend [natural tocopherols (from soy), rosemary extract, L-ascorbyl-6-palmitate].

USE
One capsule per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
