DESCRIPTION

L-theanine is an amino acid naturally found in green tea. Clinical studies have shown that suntheanine (a patented form of L-tannin) has a relaxing effect without drowsiness. This was demonstrated by an increase in alpha waves (active alpha waves make us feel relaxed and calm, increasing our sense of happiness) and a decrease in beta waves in the brain. Additional studies have shown its potential for improving sleep quality, enhancing learning outcomes, mental acuity, and promoting concentration. It may also reduce the negative side effects of caffeine because it is antagonistic to caffeine. It also supports the immune system.

INGREDIENTS

L-theanine, brown rice flour, capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

APPLICATION
One capsule per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily servings. This product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. This product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
