L-Theanine, passionflower extract ( Passiflora incarnata ) standardized to a minimum of 4% flavonoids, lemon balm leaf extract ( Melissa officinalis ) 10:1, valerian root extract ( Valeriana officinalis ) 10:1, pyridoxine HCL (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12). INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Take 1 capsule twice daily. Swallow the capsule and drink it with plenty of water during or after a meal.
