This versatile oil is ideal for frying, baking, and deep-frying. It is obtained from special, highly oily sunflower varieties and is characterized by exceptional resistance to high temperatures—up to 210°C. The dehydration process (deodorization) immediately after pressing renders the oil tasteless and odorless. This perfectly enhances the flavors of dishes—for example, it can be used to replace butter in shortcrust pastries and cakes. The product is also suitable for quickly frying and deep-frying meat, fish, tofu, vegetable burgers, and potatoes. Replace the oil after a maximum of 10 uses .
