Vitamin D is produced in the skin when exposed to sunlight. In our geographical area, it is possible from April to September 10-15 with min. 15 minutes of daily exposure of at least the forearms and legs. However, if there is no sun during these months, we don't deal with it or use sunscreen (they can reduce vitamin D production by up to 90%), low vitamin D levels in early autumn can negatively affect immunity. For the rest of the year, it is practically not produced in the skin. In our climate, therefore, an insufficient supply is common. The skin's ability to produce vitamins also decreases with age, which can lead to a decrease in the absorption of calcium, which is important for bone and muscle function (vitamin D is involved in calcium absorption). People with dark and dark skin need much more sun to produce vitamin D in their skin.
Suitable for vegetarians – unlike other products containing vitamin D3, the sunshine vitamin in D3 is obtained from sheep wool lanolin (extracted by exposure to UV rays).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Dosage for people over 1 year of age: 1 drop per day in a teaspoon.
One drop of Vitamin D3 FORTE from the sun contains 50 μg, equivalent to 2000 IU **** of vitamin D, representing 1000% of the recommended daily intake (RDI) and 50% of the safe intake for adults and 100% for children.
Children under 11 years of age should not take sunshine vitamin D3 together with other products containing vitamin D.
Use under supervision by children under 1 year.
The use of vitamin D supplements during pregnancy and breastfeeding should be consulted with a specialist.

STORAGE
Once opened, store at 10 to 25°C, but not in the refrigerator. Protect from sunlight. Use within 12 months.
