Sunflower lecithin is a complex mixture of phospholipids, glycolipids, triglycerides, and related compounds and is obtained exclusively from non-GMO sunflower seeds. It is a good choice for people who are allergic to soy and cannot consume soy lecithin. It improves memory and concentration, supports the immune system, and can improve metabolism. When taken together with fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K), it improves their absorption (this also applies to coenzyme Q10).
