Lecithin is involved in numerous metabolic processes and is a component of brain and nerve tissue. Lecithin has a protective effect on the liver and also lowers total cholesterol and triglycerides while increasing the HDL cholesterol fraction. Lecithin also supports the body's immune system. Lecithin is produced by refining soybean oil.

METHOD OF USE
