Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) is a climbing plant that grows wild in the jungles of India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.

Shatavari literally translates from Sanskrit as: "She who has a hundred husbands". It is considered the best herb for maintaining the balance of the female hormonal system. The first evidence of its medicinal properties was found in the Rigveda and dates from between 4500 and 1600 BC.

Based on existing research, we assume that Shatavari can help with women's health complaints, including: hormonal imbalance, polycystic ovary syndrome, infertility - possibly by reducing oxidative stress and increasing antioxidant levels in the body.

APPLICATION:

2 - 6 capsules, preferably taken before meals.
