The vitamins and minerals contained in the product support, among other things, the functioning of the nervous system, the maintenance of healthy skin, red blood cell production, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. DHA is necessary for proper brain development and function and vision, and EPA is necessary for proper heart function.
PRENACAPS MULTI 2 + DHA contains a specially formulated set of 18 ingredients that can be taken from the 13th week of pregnancy and during breastfeeding. The products are free from artificial additives, colorings, and magnesium stearate, among other ingredients.
Folic acid, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12 cannot be properly utilized by the body and must be converted into their active form after ingestion. According to data, on average, one in two people in Europe is affected by this transformation process. PRENACAPS MULTI 2 + DHA contains active forms of vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), and folic acid (Quatrefolic®) that do not require conversion and can be immediately utilized by the body. Furthermore, the active form of folic acid (Quatrefolic®) contained in the product has undergone numerous tests. One study involved groups that each received identical doses of Quatrefolic® and folic acid.
The study showed that Quatrefolic® achieved more than three times the maximum concentration of the active ingredient (Cmax ng/ml) 1 hour after administration compared to folic acid and Quatrefolic® had over 9 times higher total bioavailability of the active ingredient (AUC8h ng/ml h) compared to folic acid.
Another study showed that Quatrefolic® achieved a more than 10% higher maximum concentration of the active ingredient (Cmax nmol/L) after administration than the other active form – calcium L-methylfolate.
The DHA used in the production of the PRENACAPS dietary supplement was obtained from small fish and tested for heavy metal content. It contains 600 mg of DHA—the amount recommended by experts for consumption by pregnant and breastfeeding women. Experts also recommend that small fish be the source of DHA. EPA is present in the form of triglycerides, which are derived from anchovy fish oil. Triglycerides are a natural form of omega-3 with high digestibility. Product tested for heavy metal content.

APPLICATION OF
MULTI 2 - Take 2 capsules once daily with a meal.
DHA - Take 2 capsules once daily with a meal.
The products should be used after consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake for consumption during the day. The products cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the proper functioning of the body. Before using any product containing vitamin D, it is recommended to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and discuss the test result with a doctor or pharmacist. It is not recommended to consume more than 50 µg of vitamin D / day from various sources.
