Facilitates sleep, healthy sleep and a calm nervous system*.

Contains 9 active ingredients, including extracts of chamomile, hops, passionflower and ashwagandha.

*Passionflower and chamomile promote good, healthy sleep. Vitania Ashwagandha provides support during periods of mental and nervous tension and aids sleep. Hops have a calming effect on the central nervous system. Magnesium, niacin, and vitamin B6 support normal psychological and nervous functions. Melatonin shortens the time it takes to fall asleep (positive effect when taken at 1 mg shortly before bedtime).

Recommended intake: 2 capsules daily after a meal, with water.
