DESCRIPTION
Daikon is a white Japanese radish. Sengiri is a Japanese term for "sliced ​​into strips." Sengiri daikon is dried in the sun. This drying process is only carried out in cool winds to preserve its original sweet, mellow flavor. Daeng sengiri is excellent in sushi, miso soups, or salads.

PREPARATION
Briefly soak for about 10 minutes. Sauté the drained pieces in oil. After soaking, add the remaining water and cook for about 10 minutes. Season with shoyu sauce, rice vinegar, mirin, and ginger (optional). Combine with other root vegetables.
