Compact, soft consistency with a tender, juicy filling, with noticeable pieces of vegetables. The sauce texture is semi-liquid, thickened; slight layering of the sauce is acceptable under refrigerated conditions. Cross-section color – suitable for heat-treated meat, filling characteristic of the ingredients used (yellow, red, green, chestnut brown). External color: brown. The sauce color is dark red. Slightly sour, distinctly salty taste. Light aroma of tomatoes and roasted pork with a pronounced spicy flavor.
