DESCRIPTION

This oil is pressed from the seeds of Egyptian black cumin. It has a very specific, slightly pungent smell and taste and a brown color. Thanks to the "cold" pressing process, the fatty acids contained in this oil remain unchanged. This oil is a natural product. The successive parts of the oil may vary slightly in color, smell, and taste. These characteristics do not affect the composition of the oil.

Black seed oil is obtained by cold-pressing the seeds of Nigella sativa. The low-temperature pressing of the oil preserves the valuable ingredients of the seeds, including polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals. Black seed supplementation should last at least 3 to 6 months, as it takes time for the clear benefits of polyunsaturated fatty acids to become apparent.
