Black Wacoucha Tea ORGANIC 60 g - MOYA MATCHA

The taste of this black leaf tea is refined, delicately floral with a hint of honey and spices.
The word "kou-cha" translates as "crimson tea." This term for Wakoucha comes from soft Japanese water, which is dyed a dark red with a hint of blue. This is why it was formerly called red tea. After brewing with medium-hard water, more typical of European countries, the Wakoucha infusion takes on an intense dark amber color.
Moya Wakoucha comes from the Mie region of Honshu.
Black Wakoucha tea is a perfect accompaniment to dishes and desserts whose sweetness breaks with its flavor.
Like all black teas, Wacoucha is dried after harvest and then undergoes a fermentation process that distinguishes it from green tea. The result of this process is its dark color, slightly earthy flavor, and lower caffeine content than, for example, green sencha.

NET WEIGHT: 60 g

APPLICATION
Pour 3 g of tea into a cup and add 150 ml of water at a temperature of 90-95 degrees Celsius. Infusion time: 3-4 minutes.
