DESCRIPTION

Organic black quinoa, also known as quinoa, successfully replaces traditional groats or pasta. It's perfect as an ingredient in soups and as an addition to vegetables, sauces, baked goods, and desserts.

PREPARATION

It's recommended to pour hot water through a fine sieve, then cook at a ratio of 1:2 (1 serving of quinoa to 2 servings of water) for about 25 minutes. Season with salt at the end of cooking.
