DESCRIPTION

Organic black beluga lentils are one of the most interesting lentil varieties. The name beluga refers to the caviar, which black lentils are very similar to. Beluga is a perfect addition to soups, stews, and savory snacks. It pairs well with salads and vegetable dishes.

PREPARATION
Cook the previously washed lentils in a 1:2 ratio (1 portion of lentils to 2 portions of water) for about 45 minutes. Season with salt at the end of cooking.
