To ensure cleanliness and hygiene, the nonwoven fabric used to make the protective filters is hydrophobic and contains silver ions to prevent uncontrolled bacterial growth on its surface. Silver nanoparticles exhibit bactericidal and fungicidal properties. The natural balance of bacterial flora on the skin is not disturbed. The treatment used in W65B/HA Protect is a non-migrating antimicrobial agent, meaning it acts on the product without creating areas of inhibition (according to the agar diffusion plate test (SN 195 920)).
