Your sleep patterns are determined by your circadian rhythm, which is supported by melatonin. Natural production of this hormone decreases with age. It can disrupt your circadian rhythm and, therefore, your sleep quality.

Melatonin, glycerin, purified water, orange and vanilla flavors, gum arabic, citric acid.
