APPLICATION
Step 1. Get to know your Plantula and spend a few minutes before bedtime adjusting the pillow to your body so it's just like you. Rest your head on it and make sure the thickness is right for you. Feel free to touch, knead, and move the cover—you'll notice how pliable and comfortable it is.
Step 2. The pillow should fit your body shape and preferred sleeping position perfectly. If it's the right thickness, great! If not, don't worry. Open the pillow, pour the husk (or more) into a paper or cotton bag, and check if it's comfortable for you. Drain the husk and sprinkle it over the pillow until you reach the optimal thickness. Even if you leave out half the filling, it's fine. Save the excess husk for later; you may find it useful for refilling Plantula.
Step 3. If you already know which Plantuli thickness is right for you, it's time to shape it! Before lying down on the pillow, make a hollow for your head with your hand and form a roll at the bottom to support your neck and spine. Get out of the pillow and see if it's comfortable for you. Move the shell with your arms and shape the pillow until you feel a moment of complete harmony with your body.

STORAGE RECOMMENDATION
Store in a dry place.

DANGER
The pillowcase can be washed after adding the filling according to the label instructions. Do not clean the scales yourself. If the pillow gets wet, empty the scales and dry them in a warm, ventilated place. The Plantula pillow will refresh itself in frost and sunshine.
Remember to replace the scale with a new one after one year of use.
