The formula contains the herbal ingredients valerian, hops and pasiflora as well as the amino acid GABA, a neurotransmitter that is naturally produced in the brain.

DESCRIPTION:

NOW® Sleep is a combination of ingredients designed to help calm your mind and relax your body, allowing you to naturally fall into restful sleep. GABA is a neurotransmitter normally produced in the brain, where its function is to relieve nervous tension.

INGREDIENTS:

Standardized valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis) including valerenic acid, hop cone extract (Humulus lupulus), capsule component: gelling agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose); GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), passionflower herb extract (Passiflora incarnata), antioxidant (esters of fatty acids and ascorbic acid), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Take 1-2 capsules daily before bedtime with a glass of water, as needed.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

This product is not suitable for children, pregnant women, or nursing mothers. Valerian can cause drowsiness. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, or if you are driving a car, operating machinery, or consuming alcohol. People taking sedatives or antidepressants, or if they suffer from depression, high blood pressure, or epilepsy should consult a doctor before using this product.

Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Store in a dry and sunny place at a temperature of up to 25°C.
