Preparation instructions: 1. Briefly whip 200-250 ml of chilled, sweet cream (30% or 36% fat content) with a mixer. 2. Mix the contents of the sachet with powdered sugar or gelatin-vanillin sugar (amount as desired). Then add the cream and whip until stiff peaks form. 3. Store the cream in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
