HOW TO USE

PREPARATION of the bath:
Use two to three times a week, especially during periods of fatigue or reduced immunity.
Pour 1-2 kg of salt into a bathtub with water and stir until completely dissolved. Soak for at least 20 minutes. Avoid rinsing your body if possible.
