Bochnia salt has a high content of ions: cations and anions. Bath PREPARATION :
Recovery after training: Preferably after intensive training or competition (1-2 kg per 100 liters of water).

Body support: Use two to three times a week, especially when you are tired or your immune system is weakened. (1 kg per 100 liters of water)
Add 1-2 kg of salt to the bath with water, stir until completely dissolved, and soak for at least 20 minutes.

Avoid rinsing the body if possible. The so-called "salt mantle" formed on the skin's surface is a desirable external stimulus that prolongs the beneficial effects of the brine.
