Bath PREPARATION :
Recovery after training: Preferably after intensive training or competition (1-2 kg per 100 liters of water).

Body support: Use two to three times a week, especially if you are tired or have a weakened immune system. (1 kg per 100 liters of water)
Add 1-2 kg of salt to the bath with water, stir until completely dissolved, and soak for at least 20 minutes.
