Growers in the Brazilian region of Matao aren't interested in the charms of Sao Paulo. They spend all day expertly gazing at the plump oranges hanging between the branches. They select for us those with the deepest skin color. They've been supplying us for 15 years. And we keep them busy, because we need 2.5 kg of fruit for every liter of juice.
