DESCRIPTION

Organic whole-grain round rice has a distinctive aroma and flavor, making it a perfect match for many dishes. It retains all the valuable nutrients of the hull, making it more valuable than the hulled grain. We recommend round rice for risotto dishes, rice casseroles, and salads.

PREPARATION

Cook previously rinsed rice in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of rice to 2 portions of water) over low heat for about 35 minutes.
